Joy Foundation: Jump-Starting Our Youth
The JOY Foundation is to serve as a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering others, particularly the youth, to become constructive members of the community through cultural awareness and educational enrichment in Middle Georgia, especially in the areas of cultural and fine arts.
